The Fire Service Round 4 MTB Race Series comes to Lee Quarry on Thursday the 29th of September this year. British Fire Service Cycling is an active branch of the Fire Service Sports & Athletics Association with a fairly packed calendar of events both on and off road. Lee Quarry will be joining the likes of Hamsterley and Delamere Forests in hosting the fourth round of their MTB race series.
Racing starts at midday with course opening for rider inspections from 10:30. Proceeds from the event will be donated to Rossendale and Pendle Mountain Rescue Team.
